A PRIVATE ESTATE CORPORATE FETE FOR THE FINISH LINE, USA

This fall we had the privelege of working with The Finish Line, USA on a Corporate party. One of their excutives was in town for a marketing conference at the Fess Parker Doubletree Resort and the company wanted to host a networking reception for their VIPs from the conference. We rented out Las Ventanas estate and ran shuttles from the Doubletree throughout the evening to bring the guests back and forth. Omni Catering prepared an array of fabulous late night snacks including three kinds of sliders and paired fries, bite size grilled cheese, a DIY s'mores station and lots more. The estate boasts spectactular 180-degree ocean views which was a big draw for booking the property. Unfortunately, an unusually cool September brought in heavy fog. Initally a disappointment, the fog ultimatley created an intimate feel set off by the amazing lighting job done by LBPS Productions. Lighting is HUGE, people! To top things off, we brought in acrobats that punctuated the night with a variety of performances - including contortion inside a sphere on the infinity pool. Very fun!

Thank you SO much to Patrick Moyer for coming out and photographing the event for us - he is awesome! We hope you enjoy his pics:

A BIG Thank You to all of the amazing vendors that helped make this evening happen!
