Who doesn't love the sight of a buffet table loaded with sweet treats? Whether it's meant as dessert, party favors to go, or as a late night snack to keep the party going, it's always fun. Guests enjoy being able to help themselves and customize their own goodies. Candy bars are displayed in beautiful old-fashioned glass apothecary jars of various sizes, each with its own scoop. We can source the candy for you, or you can provide your own. To-go containers with custom labels may also be provided for an additional cost. Cookie buffets are very intimate and provide that homemade touch that makes guests feel extra special. Each flavor cookie is displayed in its own oversized glass cookie jar, with the jar labeled accordingly. Flavors available include chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin and white chocolate macadamia, or you may provide your own cookies. To-go containers with custom labels may also be provided for an additional cost.  *Fee includes supplies rental, set-up and strike  The Welcome Bag is the first impression you make on guests when they arrive in town for the Big Day. Ideally, it should reflect the theme of your wedding and/or the destination they are now visiting (i.e. Santa Barbara). Distributing the Welcome Bags can be time consuming – especially if there are multiple hotels or if you, too, are coming from out of town. We can arrange to get the materials from you in advance and then assemble and disseminate them on the appropriate day(s).  Whether you’re looking for a shuttle bus, vintage trolley, sports car or a classic motor vehicle we’ll help you arrange transportation for the wedding party and guests. We can also oversee hotels and room blocks for the weekend, as well as vacation rentals for those guests or family members that wish to extend their visit or stay in more comfortable surroundings.  Despite advance planning, it seems there are always a million things to do at the last moment. The week before the wedding is a flurry of errands that all take you away from the mani-pedi you promised yourself, or friends that have flown in for the weekend and you hoped to see. We are more than happy to take these tasks off your hands. We’ll pick up the dress and tuxedos, fetch menus from the printer and drop off items at the hotel. We’ll also return rentals after the Wedding so you can be carefree and jet off on your honeymoon.   With all the details surrounding the Wedding, the rehearsal dinner and brunch can sometimes become just another couple of items on your list to worry about. These “items” are really your first and last opportunities to reconnect with family and friends that made the journey to be here with you. They can be as big or small as you like, as fancy or as simple. You tell us what you’d like and we’ll make it happen for you.  The Big Day is finally here. Take some time in the morning, or the day before, to relax and rejuvenate so that you are physically and mentally prepared for all of the events ahead. It’s time to pamper yourself!  Many weddings today last all weekend long. Guests have flown in from around the world and you’d like to spend as much time with them as possible, while showing them a great time.
