Highlights of the Package include: • Up to 25 planning meetings • Unlimited availability via phone and email for planning and advice • Vendor referrals to match your vision and budget • Review of all estimates and working directly with the vendors to finalize contracts • Personalized monthly/weekly planner • Consulting on design and creative vision • Creation of a detailed timeline for all vendors and members of the wedding party • Assistance booking, planning and management of the Rehearsal Dinner on the eve prior • Planning and management of two weekend events or excursions (e.g. Wine tasting tours, whale watching, bridal teas, spa parties, brunch, etc.) • Drafting and distributing a weekend itinerary for your guests (plus cost of materials) • Coordination of the Ceremony Rehearsal by Donna Romani on the day prior • Complete event coordination supervised by Donna Romani on the wedding day • One Assistant Coordinator for a minimum of 4-6 hours on the wedding day |
